"Honestly, packed way better than I expected"
My order showed up packed really well, like no dents or ripped corners or anything. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside had plenty of padding around it. It’s just nice to see they actually care about stuff getting delivered safely. I’d definitely order again

"Seems Like a Pattern"
I tried placing an order twice, and both times the items I actually wanted were out of stock. Maybe it was just bad timing, but after the second try it started to feel like a bit of a pattern. Kind of frustrating when you’re ready to buy and keep running into the same issue.

I ordered from Outsiders Store and yeah, it was mostly fine. The tracking was clear, like I could usually see where the parcel was and all that. Delivery did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but not in a way that felt like a big problem or anything. So... yeah, I'd probably order again.

"Sizing Help Didn’t Really Help"
I followed the size and fit guidance on outsidersstore, but the jacket still showed up feeling way bigger than I expected. The return itself wasn’t a huge hassle, but it was frustrating because I’d ordered based on their own info. When I looked into it, I kind of felt brushed off, like the sizing issue was just on me. Maybe their guidance works for some items, but in my case it really didn’t help much.

Found what I needed fast. No hassle. Pages loaded fine, and checkout was clear. Filters maybe could be better. A little easier to understand. But overall, the site worked well on my phone.

I ordered a jacket from Outsiders Store and, to be fair, it did arrive without any issues. The tags and stitching looked legit to me, so I’m not saying anything was definitely wrong. The packaging was basic though, which made me second-guess it a bit. Customer service did reply, but it took them a while. if you’re selling branded stuff, I think you have a responsibility to make customers feel fully confident about what they’re getting. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I was left with some uncertainty.

"Easy return, no drama"
I had to send a jacket back to Outsiders Store because I somehow convinced myself the size would be fine... it wasn’t. I don’t remember every little step, but the return form was straightforward and I got the label sorted quickly. The refund showed up a few days after they received it, and I definitely remember not having to chase anyone, which always stands out. Would happily use them again.

I ordered from outsidersstore and was a little unsure about the sizing at first, but it ended up being just right. Just right. I went with my usual size and didn’t need to return or exchange anything, which was such a relief. The fit matched the size guide pretty much exactly, and it’s so nice when clothes actually line up with the measurements. Makes online shopping way, way less frustrating. 5 stars from me.

The pictures were clear and accurate, which is apparently too much to ask for sometimes. What showed up was exactly what I thought I was getting, no weird surprises, no “wait, that’s not what the photo showed” moment. Everything matched up, and that alone made the whole thing way less annoying
